Intellectual Property

1. All content on this website remains the intellectual property of f64 studios. This includes all text, copy, programming code, images, photographs, logos, and illustrations and may not be used without the written consent from our firm.
2. f64 studios reserves the right to maintain possesion of all production files related to projects completed by our firm. These files may not be shared with design firms, designers, and/or clients unless specified in a signed contract by both f64 studios and the client prior to the beginning of a project. Production files are defined as, but not limited to the following: layered PSD, FLA, time line media, etc.
3. Final files related to any project may be delivered to a client via CD archive once at no cost to the client. This includes ONLY those files used to deliver a final product such as live website or final print ready files used to print a project.

Billing

1. Customer agrees to provide f64 studios with accurate and complete contact and billing information. It is the responsibility of the Customer to contact f64 studios of any changes to their account, such as contact, phone number and/or billing information.
2. f64 studios will not tolerate payment of f64 studios account(s) or service(s) by fraudulent means. Doing so will result in immediate termination and possible criminal and civil liabilities.
3. f64 studios account(s) will be considered delinquent if payment by acceptable means is not received after 30 days of the date due. Accounts that are delinquent may be suspended, archived or terminated from the f64 studios system. We are not responsible for any loss of data on delinquent accounts. Delinquent accounts will continue to accrue late charges until reinstated or properly and formally cancelled.
4. f64 studios does not pro-rate accounts. Accounts and services are due on a monthly and/or yearly basis.
5. f64 studios reserves the right to charge no less than $20.00 for any returned check (including automated withdrawals) and will automatically bill this to your f64 studios account. Customer agrees to pay this fee.

Cookies

1. We reserve the right to utilize cookie technology. A cookie is a small data file that certain web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain various types of information, including a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you have visited. We may use cookies to enhance your experience on this site, to determine user traffic patterns and for other purposes.

Security

1. We are committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us or information stored on the site or our servers, will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers and your use of the site demonstrates your assumption of this risk.

General

1. All quotations given by f64 studios are good for 30 days. After that period, prices are subject to change.
2. A 50% deposit, calculated based upon the initial estimate, is required prior to f64 studios commencing any work. Estimates are subject to alterations as the project develops. A signed quotation is required before any work commences.
